Malayalam
Department library has a collection of 43000 books including Theses,
Dissertations, Bound Volumes of Periodicals etc. The major portion of
the collection includes Malayalam books and the rest are in English.
Moreover, the collection includes many very old and rare collections
of Malayalam language and literature. A user-friendly library
software called Koha is used to automate library functions including
cataloguing, circulation (issue & return) of the books and speedy
access to bibliographies, locations and availability information of
the books stocked in the library.
